Background/Current:
Ariel works with fellow Insanity cast member Anna Kaiser at AKT in Motion, as a training director. Ariel’s staff profile lists the following achievements:
- She began her career as a professional ballet dancer and competitive figure skater
- She has performed for Celebrity Cruises, made appearances in both film and TV, as well as regional and community theater productions of Beauty and the Beast, Swing!, West Side Story, and Contact
- She has appeared in promotional commercials for the workout programs Hip Hop Abs
and Shaun T’s Rockin Body
- She is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer. She also holds certifications through NASM for Special Populations, Sports Performance, Pre and Post Natal as well as a certification in TRX.

When I contacted her on Facebook, Ariel mentioned she has also worked for Tracy Anderson as an elite trainer, and for VIP clients.
My Comments: When Shaun T visits Ariel during the workouts, she’s on fire! She even shared some water when he ran out during Max Interval Plyo. I don’t own The Asylum program yet, but I’m sure she was ready for that too.
